For 25 years, Marquita has served people through law, mental health, child welfare, judicial education, family support, and community service. Her professional journey has included work as a mental health therapist, case manager, behavioral therapist for youth, employment investigator, litigation and supervising attorney, judicial educator, and General Magistrate here in Duval County.

Marquita H. Green has already served in a quasi judicial role here in Duval County. As a General Magistrate, she conducted hearings, made findings of fact, reached conclusions of law, and prepared reports and recommended orders in matters involving family law, code enforcement, mental health, juvenile matters, domestic violence compliance, consumer matters, and more. That experience gives voters confidence.
